Last semester we began the WesWings and RBC “Mug Club.” A way to save both money and the environment. The deal is simple. Purchase a mug once and never pay for soda or iced coffee the rest of the school year. The mugs are good at both locations with a limit of one fill up per visit.
Last semester the cost was 20 points. We’ve doubled the time to the whole 2012-2013 year and are only charging 35 points. The mug pays for itself in fewer than 15 visits. If you only come to either location once a week, you’ll have recouped your money by December. If you’re a regular, you can save hundreds of points.
Are you a hard worker and want to save up to 20% on your meal plan? WesWings and the Red & Black Cafe are hiring for the fall semester. Student employees start at $10.20/hr and receive a 20% discount from both locations. You don’t need experience, just a positive friendly attitude. These job openings don’t happen often. Many students keep their jobs their whole time at Wes.
Welcome to the new website for WesWings and The Red & Black Cafe.
It is our hope that using a blogging style website, you will find it easier to keep up with daily specials and the latest from both locations. As with life, this website is a work in progress and there will be many changes and updates. If there is something you would like to see, feel free to comment. Through the comments sections, as well as twitter and Facebook links, there are plenty of ways to give us feed back. We welcome it.
Our specials will now be posted as well uh…posts. No more pdfs. You can subscribe to our site with a RSS feed or get emails by adding your address at the bottom of our home page.
We have included many useful links on the side including categories for looking up daily specials, our Facebook and Twitter feeds, as well as our events calendar.
Looking for a job this semester? The online application is in the menu at the top of the page.
Finally, the page is easily accessible on your phone!! Add us to your Home Screen. At least on your iphone, we haven’t tested a blackberry (people still use those?) or an android device. Let us know if something isn’t showing up right.
